breakfast room waitress should get more training on how to serve with dinnerware.

我定的是两间西湖国宾馆湖景房,谁都知道西湖周边的宾馆的湖景房的湖指得是哪个湖!不是宾馆内自己挖个内湖!!湖景房没有了,以此充斥湖景房,还按湖景房收费太不道德了!在房价格表上理应注明的!否则随便杭州哪家宾馆里边挖个湖都可以声称是湖景房了!我问你们去杭州是看哪个湖去的?国宾馆有点店大欺客的味道.
